Q1: What materials are your products made from? +
Most Zerrth products are crafted from eco-conscious materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, or sustainably sourced fabrics. Material details are listed on each product page.
Q2: How long will it take to receive my order? +
All items are made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping estimates after production:
• USA: 3–10 business days
• Europe: 2–14 business days
• International: 5–25 business days
Q3: Do you offer international shipping? +
Yes. We ship worldwide through our print partners (Printful & Printify). Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available facility (EU or US) whenever possible.
Q4: Can I return or exchange an item? +
We replace or refund items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please contact us at support@zerrth.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
Q5: How should I care for my eco-friendly apparel? +
To keep your items lasting longer:
• Machine wash cold, inside-out
• Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on printed areas

Q7: Will I need to pay VAT or customs fees? +
For EU orders, VAT is already included and handled by our production partners. If your order ships from outside the EU (or to non-EU countries), additional customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your local laws. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
